Park Rules

General Rules

  • Limit of 2 residents per site.
  • Park Speed Limit is 10 MPH.
  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • RV check-in time is 1:00 PM. Check-out time 11:00 AM.
  • Wagon check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time 11:00 AM.

Cancellation Policy

  • ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO FIRST NIGHT OF STAY and will automatically be charged to the card used for the initial deposit.
  • High demand periods or Special events such as Quartzsite week: Thirty (30) days cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits and/or paid in full amount.
  • If cancellation is made within the deadline timeframes, a deposit fee of $25 will be charged. Credit or debit card deposits over $100 will be subject to a 3% fee.
  • Should something come up for you, we will be happy to move your reservation to another date at no extra charge.
  • No refunds for early departure or no-shows.

Pet Policy

  • Pet’s are welcome!
  • No more than two (2) pets per RV.
  • For everyone’s safety, pets must be on a LEASH at all times, including when outside your RV space.

Additional Policies

  • No ground fires at RV sites. Above ground fire pits are allowed. All fires must be covered with metal grates.
  • Only one sleeping unit per site.
  • Guests must register ALL members of their party prior to arrival.
  • Smoking is NOT allowed in any buildings.
