General Rules

ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO FIRST NIGHT OF STAY and will automatically be charged to the card used for the initial deposit.
High demand periods or Special events such as Quartzsite week: Thirty (30) days cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits and/or paid in full amount.
If cancellation is made within the deadline timeframes, a deposit fee of $25 will be charged. Credit or debit card deposits over $100 will be subject to a 3% fee.
Should something come up for you, we will be happy to move your reservation to another date at no extra charge.
No refunds for early departure or no-shows.

Pet’s are welcome!
No more than two (2) pets per RV.
For everyone’s safety, pets must be on a LEASH at all times, including when outside your RV space.

No ground fires at RV sites. Above ground fire pits are allowed. All fires must be covered with metal grates.
Only one sleeping unit per site.
Guests must register ALL members of their party prior to arrival.
Smoking is NOT allowed in any buildings.
